The channel states are then used by the game engine to determine what kind of growth you're going to get, if any. These actions alter the field texture state as well as toggle the associated terrain channel bit of each field rectangle as on or off. Toggle states by performing actions, such as: Plow Or Cultivate. The channels are essentially the bit flags that are turned on or off that set the various states. There are different states for how the textures appear in the game and how they perform. ![]() The fields are a standard texture type within the game.
